I'm back! Yesh, its me, having not updated this blog for a long time. A lot of things haf been happenin in my life these dayz, or more or less recently only. So I shall, once again, do my best to keep this entry short n' sweet.

Well my absence has been much due to the CNY this past wk. Nothing new this yr., going through the annual routine of visitations again. However, it seems the ang-baos haf increased this yr. woot! Up from last yr's $600 to $830 this yr! Praise the Lord oso for my new iPod mini (though pink in colour, but quite cool still)! The Lord blesses. Well, dats not w/o havin' to resist my 2 cousins once again this yr.; Ian n' Deon. Fortunately (or Unfortunately), Deon's ASB now hahaz... which I'm still unsure whether its truely a gd thing or a bad thing. @ least he responded to me when I wished him 'Xing Nian Quai Le'. As for Ian, he went through his annual traumatising techniques again on me. Xianz... actin childish this time he was (and I'm suppose to think he's 2 yrs older than me). Anyway, Thnk God for keepin' my emotion in check, if not I denfinitely would haf exploded straight in his face. Haiz, juz my luck dat he hasn't grown up!

Ok, u now muz be wonderin by now why I'm havin this entry @ this pt. of time. Well, I've skipped sch for today, n only for today. Much thnx to the terrible day I had yesterday, I've decided to slack @ home a lil', recollect my thoughts n' settle some things dat I haven't really had time to settle. Why was yesterday a terrible day? 1st of all, yesterday was Entrepreneaurship Day in MI. The sch probably booked 14th Feb for this day, knowing dat we could take advantage of Valentine's Day to come up w/ something creative... n' we did, comin up w/ chocolate cookies topped w/ yogurt (we called em' Soggy Cookies much to my disapproval). I wasn't only ticked off by the fact dat I was serving something so secular, but oso by the result; we made only $40 out of the $115 we spent, n 1/2 of the earnings will be goin to the sch which I'll most obviously be leavin' in due time! My project grp (except Charmaine) has oso decided not to do anything for e' GP project alrdy. As if dat wasn't enuh, my com yesterday was struck w/ an I-Worm Bofra virus from some stupid pop-up and I had to search n' kill it, a process which took me 1hr45mins. Den, my parents wanted to throw me a B'day dinner (FYI, today's my actually b'day), which was delayed due to: my sis comin back late from band, Serangoon Gardens being jammed up w/ cars, n' Cafe Cartel (which we decided to initially hold our dinner @) havin food orders which will take up to 2hrs to cook fins. We ended up havin to take our dinner @ Borsche, a family restuaraunt, where the food wasnt as gd as I thought it would be. So there u haf it... Samuel's 1st 'worst day of his life' of 2005. Well, I've gotten over it alrdy, but I'm sure God wasn't very plsed w/ my attitude yesterday... throwing tempers n' swearin' under my breath.

Call this entry paradox-like. One moment I talk abt praising God, another I talk abt being a bad testimony. I think all this relates back to wat my pastor preached during e' recent Sunday CNY special service, dat even when times r gd, one musn't let his/her guard dwn. She called e' sermon "War Time in Spring Time", a well titled msg for the CNY season I muz say. Still, I think God has oso shown me dat its Him n' not the blessings He gives us dat matters. Ultimately He is our Source rite? Hahaz, well crux of the matter is dat we muz nvr let our guard dwn, for the testin will come one day, even on ur b'day.

I hope u had a victorious CNY. I sure had (but yesterday juz wasn't my day). Unfortunately, Atlantic Dolphins made it only to 4th place (best result) in the street soccer competition. Still, its probably God's will... n' God is alwayz in cntrl. Even though dwn n' out from things not goin my way, in God there's alwayz hope. Peace out n' GB!
